Undergraduate School

Global University UK is able to offer three different Undergraduate degree programs through The Undergraduate School of Bible and Theology: Bible and Theology, Christian Education, and Intercultural Studies. This school is for those wanting to obtain an accredited Bible college degree or complete a second degree.

The undergraduate degree programmes are designed for minister, ministerial students, and laypersons who seriously desire a biblical education.

Our distance undergraduate program offers a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree through Global University worldwide, accredited in the USA. As such, your degree will be awarded in line with US undergraduate degree awards. More information about this can be found on our accreditation page. Your degree program can be completed entirely at your own pace and in the comfort of your own home. We have no fixed start date; you can enrol immediately and begin studying whenever you like, however, we recommend that you roughly stick with the UK’s ‘term-time’ system as this will give you a good indication of study pace. You are free to study how and when you like.

Overseas Degree Equivalency

The UK government has produced a worldwide table of degree equivalency along with a methodology document. These documents assist applicants in making a judgement about the equivalent UK degree classification of an overseas qualification. The documents can be downloaded here.

A Bachelor of Arts US degree works on a ‘Grade Point Average’ (GPA) system which is scored out of 4. According to the UK government guidelines a Global University Bachelor of Arts degree with the following GPA results would be equivalent to UK awards as follows:

  • 3.7-4.0 GPA = 1st
  • 3.2-3.6 GPA = 2:1
  • 2.6-3.1 GPA = 2:2
  • 2.0-2.5 GPA = 3rd

We hope this guide helps you to know where you are in relation to the UK system but should you require further assistance you can contact us.
